BaseCore Fitness is a personal training service led by Certified Personal Trainer Brian C Malpass,

Clients are offered
* Highly- customised personal fitness training.
* Support to clients by offering one-on-one training at a gym or at home.
* With a holistic approach we tailor personalised training packages to meet our clients fitness needs
* We excel in offering clients TRX suspension training, kettlebell and core strength activation.
* We also utilise elements of boxing, cardio interval training, resistance and body weight training.
* Regular health coaching sessions mapping body measurements and fitness results to keep you motivated

Our personal training sessions are available as 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions.

We also provide a two on one service for a minimal if you and a friend would like to train together.
